This may seem off topic, but it's not.

NC Senator Fred Smith has introduced legislation to protect the property rights of North Carolinians. I guess you can call it an anti-Kelo bill since its purpose is to limit or eliminate Eminent Domain in NC.

More NC lawmakers have to get onboard. It's one of the state's priorities.
